More on Collaboration Planning:

Increasingly, funding agencies are looking for strong management and effective collaboration approaches to ensure project success.  Collaboration Planning is a team science-based approach that is widely recognized to improve project outcomes.  Over the course of several short sessions, we will guide your team through the development of a Collaboration Plan.  The Collaboration Planning program is designed for teams in the early stages of team building through early proposal development.  Contact Emily Carpinone (ecarpinone@gatech.edu) to inquire about this service.
